bilstein rock crawling coilovers

The 9100 is a great shock. No worries there. The only problem I can imagine is the small 2" body may overheat with prolonged go fast stuff. Other than that it is a top shelf shock. If used in conjunction with a bypass shock that is doing most of the damping it would be an ideal shock.

davy (mesha) is a dealer for FOA. I don't know how they compare to the bilsteins, but he can get some good prices on the FOAs for ya.

I dont think FOA's are bad but Bilstiens are far better steve, better technology and track record behinde them. James you know your going to get the 9100's you just need a little reasureance before you drop the dough, so here you go, get the 9100's they are the cats meow.

the 9100 is awesome, thats what I ran on the front of my buggy. The valving is tuned for rock crawling, they are not as quick on the rebound, But still a great shock if you want to do a little go fast stuff.

too many damn choices ! i think i like the slower on the rebound idea.. so i can run it soft and then if im going fast through big stuff it will hit my 2.5 4 inch travel bump stop (well thats the plan anyways

if i ditch the fjz80 idea and keep my mini axles or my waggy i could get 4 9100s and my link stuff and my propane kit

but the fjz80 axles are soo cool

Is there any reason you can't revalve the Bilstein coilovers to be exactly how you want them, like every other quality coilover shock?

no, no reason at all. James, I am going with F.O.A for my project. Mesha is hooking me up with a great price and it seems to me that F.O.A has/is developing a good track record. Also if you are a Pirate4x4 member F.O.A will up grade you to all billet for free!

the bilsteins are valved how i want them.. i dont know how to re valve shocks and when i looked they dont have an option to order a foa with degressive valving

what ones 12saw,16fox,18fox

and 14 inch fox coil overs

what will probably happen is run the 14 fox co's up front the 18 airs in the rear

and wait tell i can get some 9100s

they need new seals.. or something find me a FF rear 80 axle for decent price not in florida and there yours!

making a call to denver tomorrow about a rear wish me luck
