Doesn't anybody run Bio? :freak:

I recently freshened up the fuel system with a new IP and set of flowmatched injectors, I would like to help keep them happy with the additional lubricity of Bio-diesel.

The old IDIT seems to like the additional cetane content of B5 but I would prefer to mix in B100 as an additive.

I ran some a few years ago, got it from Dal Soglio in Midvale. I stopped running it when it became more expensive than normal diesel. :)

I ran B20, and noticed no changes in anything--so it must have worked OK.

I ran B99 in my old 6.5TD for a few years. PPE here in Cache had it for about 10cents cheaper per gallon. They weren't around for long though :-\ Last I checked there are only a handful of places selling B5 around here.

Unless I've been living in the dark bio doesn't seem to have the impact that it probably should have... 07 and newer emissions trucks not being able to run it maybe? I honestly don't know...

SLC97SR5 have you considered WMO? I've been collecting pieces for a filtration unit, but I've just been to busy lately to put it all together. IDI's LOVE the motor oil :)

I have been running B20-100 from Dal Soglio for 5+ years in both my PSD and Angie's Liberty. I swear by it! Dal Sog also has B20 at the VanWinkle and Vine station. Now prices are up I am hoping B100 will be cheaper.
