BLM: St. George Field Office Land Sales

The BLM is considering the sale of seven parcels encompassing approximately 266 acres: Coral Canyon 9.20 acres, Green Valley 12.56 acres, Landfill 80 acres, Mesa Palms 10 acres, Sand Hollow East 5 acres, Santa Clara 9.8 acres, Washington Dome 145.01 acres.

Anybody from the St. George area familiar with these areas? Would this sale have any impact on motorized recreation?

Doesnt look like it...unless if from the Washington dome parcel they work their way in the future selling off more doing into the Warner Valley area. But I don't think that would be the case.

Just under a week to go on this. If anybody finds anything in it that should be of concern to motorized recreation, please share.

Contacted a couple of civilians, non-four wheelers, in St. George and they thought it was a good deal for the area.
