Heading down to Blue Notch and surrounding area this week. I have never been there and looking for suggestions if anyone has some.

There are a handful of other trip reports on EU about Blue Notch. Keep in mind its entirely likely that the Lake Powell level is high enough to block off the Red to Blue link as shown in the trip report.
Also, the route from Blue to Red (heading south) is pretty narrow and washes out on occasion requiring winching or dropping off some legit cut-banks.
