Yeah, not surprised. He also selectively enforces laws as he sees fit. For example, during the whole Occupy BS, he refused to remove them from Pioneer Park even though they were in clear violation of several city ordinances. Also, he refuses to allow his officers to enforce most state or federal immigration laws. The guys a clown.
