Yeah yeah... talk it up. We lost the clutch... not really something we could foresee. We did have the fast lap for our class though. Did you guys finish? We left before it got dark, so we didn't get to see you guys come in. Did you guys beat the 8 hour time limit? Ha ha!

we had a great time watching the race , we where set up on the south end of the course (after check point 1 ). the two drunk guys cheering everyone on

Congrats on the fasted lap time in your class. Sucks about the break too. If you had stayed around for another 4hrs or so, you'd have seen us bomb through the finish-line! We came into our first pit with an overheated motor, busted motor-mount, all shocks blown out, and a major questionmark whether we'd make it through a second lap.. We gave it our best, with some wrenching along the way. We finished with 1.5hrs to spare, and 2nd place in the 4400 class... Thank you very much.

The Toyota 4runner held together! That 7MGE is a killer motor.. Robby took it to the brink of exploding, and it's still running like a champ.

Nice! I'm glad you guys finished. Chad has informed me that it wasn't the "clutch" (I was just generalizing), but it was the slave cylinder that went out. Minor issue that we should have fixed here soon.

I don't have any pics of any of the guys that were behind us on the first lap. I was running chase, so after our truck passed, we were off to the pits. The class 1 buggy, class 10's, and class 8's were in front of us. If they were in a class other than those and class 7, I don't have pics of them.
