Breakfast place on a Sunday morning SLC?

My wife and I are at Snowbird tonight for a corporate event. We are heading back north to Idaho in the morning. I'm trying to convince my wife that we should go into town for breakfast. She wants to stay here..... Any suggestions for a great place we can go that won't take us much south of here?

Fun atmosphere, great food. Just enough off the beaten path to be worth the stop.

Me and an ex girlfriend would hit up a Yelp or Tripadvisor top 10 breakfast joint every sunday. Lazy Day cafe is one of my favorites. Theyre off 33rd and 20th East. Their Lemon pancakes are unreal. Like eating cake for breakfast.

Another late suggestion...but Over The Counter has the best bacon in the valley.....Penny Ann's. Is pretty dang good too
