Well yes, BSG is awesome, but the story of B5! It was SO compelling! Yes the acting, especially in the beginning, was pretty bad (except for Garibaldi) but that improved. And you have to hand them some credit for being the first show to use fully CGI effects. Honestly, after Firefly, B5 is my favorite Sci-Fi simply because of the story.

Yes, four out of five seasons isn't long enough.
I always thought that the story picked up after then end of the Shadow War. The Earth Civil War was more interesting. I will grant you that the 5th season lacked a little, but I think the Finale makes up for that.
I'm not arguing that B5 is superior to BSG, they are both great. I just prefer the B5 story, thats all.
