I have a 1984 Bronco II and I do not know what tranny I am able to put into it. I have looked at some but they are not similar to mine but still the 5 speed. What Transmissions can I use?

a little more information would be helpful. you can do a lot of different things. I have put a 5.0L engine with a C4 in, another with an AOD,lots of options here. are you looking to replace what you have stock or upgrade? what engine do you have? What are you going to be doing with it? race, stock, rockcrawl?

Any tranny will work with a adapter and floor modifications and drive line mods so like what was said above need more info to help.

I have to 2.8. I need to know if I can go to the fm145 from the fm146. Other than stretching the rear driveline and shortening the front. Will I need to take the bell housing? Or will the one from the fm146 work?
