Buggy Sides

You can get polycarbonate through laird plastics and I think summit machine started carrying it also.
 
Not sure on the availability or cost of "smoked" versions, but polycarbonate is your best bet. You can probably pick up some tinting material to laminate it to achieve the smoked look.

Like Kiel said - Laird or Summit Machine.

I'm planning on doing this for my buggy roof with a dark tint to allow some light in from above.
 
I got all mine at Laird's, but that was before Summit carried any. I would definitely go to Mike at Summit first.
