bumper vibration

I have a 95 xj I put a smittybuilt front bumper and winch on a couple months ago. When transmission is in drive and I'm stopped the front end vibrates pretty crazy. It never did this before the bumper. when I put it in neutral it mostly goes away. What would make this happen?

mounts are trashed maybe. Putting a rigid bumper on makes it transfer more to the body?

as in motor mounts? i put on m.o.r.e. motor mounts just a couple months ago.
