Can anyone help me remove door pins

I’m supposed to drop the van off for paint next week but I need to swap one barn door. I can not get the pins out. If anyone has tools or knowledge and can help I will gladly pay whatever to make it worth your time. I’m really getting desperate here.. as you can see I’ve broken the $60 tool a few times.

Can you pull the hinges off from the body?

I think I’ll just have to cut the door off then drill out the pins enough I can just punch them out. They both seem to be stuck on the driver side hinge so hopefully the other door is the same way so I can just cut the body hinge out with a cut off wheel and punch the pins out.

I was finally able to get it. Took some serious effort as I didn’t want to damage the body side hinge. I was really stressing over this one. I’m pretty excited to have a color matching vehicle soon.

also time to build new bumpers. I took some measurements so I can get my plate work drawn up and hopefully get Carl to cut it for me.
