Can this warn winch controller be fixed (properly)?

The previous owner did a hack job fix. I can soder the wires but not sure how to attach the wire cover to the plug. Can Six States repair it? (they are closed today)

If its just the plug, you can replace the end with a small 5 way round trailer plug, then replace the socket on the winch as well.

Solder & heat shrink each individual wire and then use a nice thick heat shrink over all the wires... and then use it gingerly.

If you end up throwing it away let me know so I can come take it out of your trash. I need one of those plugs.

He's awesome. He fixed my winch for free even though it wasn't under warrantee.

Nothing but good to say about the John's at Six States. They are literally one more reason I buy Warn, I know if/when I have an issue, its not going to cost me more in the way of time/money.
