I really can't beleive the school would even agree to let you do anyhting but a plain jane car show. Allowing anyone but the participants in the show to ramp out or drive on top of stuff could get the school in trouble... check with them before you get your hopes up...
My auto shop class did this exact same thing when I was a senior 2 years ago at Bountiful High.
We just checked with the student body officers, (helps when the president is your drag racing buddy!!)
Then we got Wheelers 4x4 to loan us their ramp and we all had a good time. That is until some lame ass kid tried to drive his Audi up the ramp. Curt almost killed the kid, it was pretty funny!
We had kids from all over Davis county there, got a lot of people interested in the sport.
It was all good until my buddy (the student body pres.) started runnin smokey's up and down the lot in his '63 Nova. The principle didn't like black marks all over his new lot!!
