Car Show @ Layton Hills Mall Sept 11 5-9pm

Ok, I know it's a car show and it will only have a couple of 4x4's, but hear me out! This show is where I met Matt (Old Sarge ) and Jim Phillips has been hanging out at these also, so you know it's where the cool kids hang out. My connections with both Matt & Jim helped get my broke H3 off of the mountain a few weeks ago, so meeting people is good!
My wife is hosting this "Support the Troops" car show tonight at the Layton Hills Mall in the Macy's parking lot, behind McDonalds, from 5-9pm.
The show is no cost to come see, and we will be having raffles for a nights lodging and 2 rounds of golf up at Wolf Creek (donation accepted for this raffle) and some other cool items to be raffled.
Plus there are always some really cool hot rods that show up, so it's worth checking out.
Come on out and say hi and see where the cool kids are tonight!!

Thanks for the good words guys--it's encouraging to know people enjoyed the show. We raised $530; part of that is going to the Amn's pantry, the rest will be used for care packages that go to the troops. We also took in about 30 pounds of food donations that went to the Amn's pantry.
A huge thanks goes out to Jim Phillips and his wife, Angie, who donated the sandwiches. Angie's hands were probably sore for two days after making that many sandwiches!
Good to see ya Big Sarge! Heck yeah we can use your help! Ally will probably give you a call if you're up for the next show in October, should be the 9th.
I'd like to get some trucks out for these shows, but I really think we'd need to have a separate show so we don't alienate the hot rod drivers, or scare them when we park on their shiny hoods!!
On a separate note--I did see a couple really cool crawlers at Peach Days, man, I need to get some D60's on the H3 so I can fit some 40's!!!
