Carb Problem

Can anyone tell me what this widget thingy is and where I could buy one? This is a Motorcraft 2100/2150 carburetor but I don't know what it came off of besides it was a Ford Truck or Van. Trying to do the Carter BBD to MC2100 swap and this widget broke during a rebuild. Part number on side said 7A301. Google doesn't turn up much. Any help is appreciated. :greg:

Pull off Diaphram - NAPA part number 2-4982, $25.99. I have had a problem with the little piece of plastic tube breaking. It an expensive little widget but better than running the BBD. Good luck :redneck: :redneck:

The older carbs don't even have that piece....I say run with out it....I did for 15 years
