CB Antenna & mounting brackets

GG I have looked everywhere to try and find a mounting bracket to mount the antenna. Besides the truck stops and the radioshacks of Utah, where in SLC can I find different brackets that mount to the side view mirror, to luggage racks and the magnettic types but nothing what i'm looking for. The type I want is the kind I can mount under the hood of the truck, kind of like a C bracket or something that when you open the hood it opens with it. I cant find anything, any help?
