CBs and Tacos

Where are folks punching through the firewall on the Tacomas to run their coax. My eyes really suck anymore because I'm not seeing anywhere. Better yet is there anywhere in the back of the cab underneath the carpet to punch out? Thanks

Yes and yes. Look for the black rubber plugs.

Sorry, I was on my phone and I hate replying to threads on my phone.

Behind the driver's seat you'll find several rubber plugs. One goes down to the ground, while another goes back towards the bed. In fact, even the bed has rubber pluge to pass stuff through.

If you open the hood you can see the rubber plugs on the firewall. There are a couple in the passenger footwell area, and you can also pass a wire through where the wiring harness goes through the firewall (though a CB cable is tough to pass through unless you get a cable with the removable endpiece).
