Well, they did get one thing right. Law enforcement needs the budget to make sure that the minority of abusers is stopped. I have always and will always be for more enforcement upon the individual abusers as it will save the land for the rest of us. And I mean harsh enforcement. Like do it once BIG fine. Do it twice BIGGER fine and you lose your rig/ATV,etc.....

I can't tell you how many a-hole farmers have run out and yelled at me just for driving over thier alfalfa field. They really leave us with no choice but to bash them over the head.

Because we can't blame the bored idiot kids that have access to the world, we must blame it on the OHV users.
