Other than adapter u-joint, what else will it take to install in a blazer? Driveshaft mod? Different master cylinder?

Depending on your lift/front shaft length you may need to shorten your front drive line, new u bolts, but if you have hydro boost your master cylinder should be fine I have done it twice but both times I added lots of work/mods and it has still gone smooth

i run a early 90's master and booster with four wheel disks and 4 pistons calipers and 40 inch boggers. i think your blazer would be fine with the bigger calipers on the 60
