chicago cordless impact gun?

I would also check amazon also. I just picked up a Makita 18v impact for $38. Said it was used but it was actually new but the box had a little damage even though I didn't see any. An you can find the lithium ion batteries online for some good deals. My newest battery an the impact totals around 100. An its a good brand, good impact. Just a suggestion.

nice. that makita was on amazon like that or elsewhere?

it was on amazon like that, bought it from amazon and not a seller on amazon. I mainly got the makita since I already have two other 18V makitas so all I wanted was the bare tool. I bought my last battery from batteryprice.com and got it for a good deal. Who knows how often you can get a impact like that for that price but something you might want to look at.

If it is anything like their latest iteration of angle grinders I would stay away. I bought a couple 4.5" grinders 5 years ago and they died earlier this year. I replaced them with the same Chicago electric ones and I have killed 2 already. Looks like it is time to buy a dewalt or something else

18V SNAP ON is the only way to go when purchasing cordless impacts. 700+lb/ft of break-loose power, lithium batteries.
on friday night i went over to my buddies shop to help him change radius arm bushings on his truck he had air impacts there and he even said "wow, i like that better than my air impacts"

the hf doesn't have much power. it's a great assembly gun
