Anybody have any tips for buying a chip for a 99 Chevy 3/4 ton witha 454?

I already have a K and N air filter and Flowmaster . Was looking to get better fuel milage and performance.

Was wondering what the best bang for the buck would be.

try to find out about the westers reprogram, I've heard good things about it.
