After picking it up at the video store I watched the trailer and read about it. after hearing about the camcorder thing, I decided I wouldn't watch it. then I broke down and watched it, and actually enjoyed it!!! it wasn't Great, but I give it 2 1/2 outta 5.

$25,000,000 is a little more than next to nothing.

As for as I am concerned that is 2 hours of my life I will never get back. They did make a lot of money though. It took next to nothing to make the movie. Don't get me wrong i could not do the graphics but i have seen a lot better on the SciFi Channel

In their little computer readout thing they say that was a tape recovered from central park so I spent the entire movie knowing they would eventually end up in central park and when it finally happened I was not surprised in the least. It was a shiny sci-fi channel movie at best.

I really liked the movie! The beginning camera was a little annoying, but yeah, I was TOTALLY creeped out!!At least all the big monsters stay in NY...or start out there and give the rest of us a head start...I can roll with that!

I just saw yesterday, and was way dissapointed with the end.

i also wanted to see more monster-- if your gonna spend alot of money creating a bad guy, you should atleast know where he was from and see him in detail.

I watched this last night and I liked it. It did what it was supposed to do.....show what was recorded on the video camera. Blair Witch did just this as well (too bad that movie sucked)

I'd watch it again.

i disagree... that's the problem with movies these days is there are always solutions to the problems... ef that... i liked the movie due to the realness of how nobody knew what the hell to do..

If i would have known it was going to be a Blair Witch I would not have rented when i got done i had a headache from all the bouncing the camera was doing.
