Not a clue. I bet you would have more luck asking this questin on pbb, they have people who spend weeks memorizing this stuff. ;)
 
Couldn't tell ya what the numbers are, but they're too soft for my rear suspension. Of course, I have my springs mounted inside the frame, so they feel floppier than they would mounted in a more traditional place.
 
If I remember correctly the front tj coil rate is around 150
The TJ aftermarket three inch lift is around 175-185
The aftermarket rear is around 200-220

Zj coils are quite a bit stiffer at around the 200 to 220 rates..
I'll find my knowledge sheet I built 7 years ago and give you more rates as well.
