Combustion gas analyzer?

May be a long shot but does anyone happen to have a Combustion gas analyzer? Possibly Carl aka TeamFred? I have some commercial gas water heaters that need to be tuned up in Rock Springs. Does anyone have one we could rent or borrow for a day?
