whats the best concrete cleaner?

a few weeks ago I spilled black paint on my concrete and pressure washed most of it but I also have oil and a few other things that need cleaning off of the concrete. My landlord did a drive by and freaked out that my doors were off and in my carport and my hood was up and they FREAKED out and instead of calling me they call the wife and complain to her and tell here I cant have stuff in the carport and that I needed to not work on the sami there, So doors and top went back on and now have to clean the concrete so we dont get charged like $500 that the landlord says it will cost to professionally clean it.

I've had pretty good luck on oil stains with liquid Era laundry detergent and a scrub brush.

does the cat litter work if the oil isnt really loose but is in the concrete. I want to kind bleach the concrete type of cleaning.

The purple concrete cleaner at walmart works pretty good.

X3 on the grinding in the kitty litter, it wont remove it, but hides it pretty good.

Muratic acid will remove the oil and etch the concrete. You can find it the cheapest in the swimming pool section at walmart

thanks guys I read up on the muriatic concrete thanks to you guys and will get that and a wire brush. thank you all for helping me.

Muratic won't do much for paint, it'll make a conspicuous light spot where it etches the concrete though. I'd try paint stripper first. Gasoline and a brush works best for breaking down oil that has soaked in to the concrete.

I have used vinegar and simple green. Let us know what works for you.
