CPA's / tax guy recommendations

I am starting a new business and need to find a good CPA or tax guy that can help me set up the new business and move some money around in a way that will be most effective come April 15th.

I'm not looking for the guy that is used to getting a call every spring to start gathering tax information and that's it. I'm looking for the guy that will be a constant part of my business plan, helping with tax related decisions all throughout the year and even calling me when specific opportunities arise that I can take advantage of to lessen my tax burden at the end of the year.

I realize that this type of guy will cost more, and I'm ok with that. I believe that the right guy will save me far more money than he costs.

Any suggestions?

ret32 (Ron Tolman) on here helped us out when we had our nannies. Kept us squared away on payroll, taxes, etc. I'd highly recommend reaching out to him.
