Crawl Ratio

How do you calculate your crawl ratio? I've got an '85 Toyota with a five speed transmission, 4.7 t-case gears, 4.88 differential gears and 33's. I guess the first thing I'd need to know is the ratio of 1st in my transmission.

tranny gear x t-case gear x axle ratio

depending on what tranny you have (go to marlincrawler.com to find out the ratio's in the tranny section) your 1st gear ratio will change. i'll use a sm465, np205, and 4.10gears in the axle for example.

6.55x1.96x4.10=crawl ratio

I think it should be around 3.954... So final ratio would be ~90.6:1

I think my truck with dual cases and 5.29's is ~108:1
