Small critique....words that are links are not highlighted, or a different color, or whatever. Example: "Click here to go to the forum index" looks just like I typed it. I had to mouse over the words to find out only the word "here" was the link.

.PNG files don't render Transparent in IE, unless you use a cryptic code work around, which is usually not worth the time. One of the biggest reasons I dislike IE, but I still use it. :guilty:

I can get you the code work around if you want, but it deals with a file 'include' and a transparent 1x1 px gif. It sucks to do, but I've done it several times... in fact, I've done it on the RL4x4 website a few times. ;)

IE 7 beta 1 was released today. After I finish getting Vista beta 1, that is next in line. I could check your site in IE7 later today. :D :D

PNG is superior to GIF. I just wish there was a better way to compress png files and keep them to the lowers file sizes of jpgs and such.

if everyone would just get rid of their dial-up we wouldn't have to worry about sizes as much :D

One more critique. Some people are still on 800 * 600 believe it or not. Best practice is to develop a site for 800*600 that still works in larger sizes. All you need to do is remove some spaces to bring your basket and enter up a little higher and you will fit perfect in 800*600 and still look fine in the larger sizes.

Yep. And some people run a higher res but think that a window should be a window and not the size of their desktop ;)

Shrink the top MacJunk wastebasket header.
It's becoming automatic that I scroll as soon as I click on a link so I can see whatever is in the topic...
