I just talked to the guys at cummins while I was picking up my fuel filter, and they said they have yet to actually see one of these '53' blocks come in with a crack. They have heard about it, but haven't seen one yet.

This filter is off a Binford 2000 Swimming pool pump. It's Ginormous.
It's a cummins part # AH19037 Just remove the box and it clamps on the
stock hose. But u need 2 re-mount the vent for the axle, so it not under the filter.

I picked up a fleetguard filter like that one for about $50 from Napa. I also bought a pre filter for it from www.outerwears.com
