Cummins 6BT Part Info Needed

I'm working on a diesel project and will be sourcing some part from the 6BT Dodge truck powerplant, though I truthfully don't know the lineage of such parts. My motor is an 89' era, so it would be most similar to the early 12V's.

I'd love to know more about the specs on the following items:

Turbo's, I know the HY35 will work for my setup, what else should I consider?

Intercooled intake plenums: What years were they the same?

A/C setups, any idea which years were compatible?

Exhaust manifolds: which years are compatible? I know even later model (2002 era) 24V manifolds will interchange with my project.


Now, does anyone have any of these items for sale?

I'll be upgrading my manifold, but it will be awhile.

I'd probably just check with the aftermarket diesel places around I'm sure they have the stock take offs your looking for. I bet it's going in a toyota
