Custom skid plate/guard needed. Where to go?

I need to have some skid plates or guards (or whatever you'd like to call 'em ) made for my electric locker actuators. I have Toyota electric lockers in my axles and the actuators, though level with the bottom of the axle tube and diff housing, they are kinda out in the open. Some dude makes some guards that fits fronts of FJ80s and minis and tacos, but he doesn't make them for the rears of 80s--which is what is in mine.

Anyway, I don't think it will be that difficult and I would just do it myself with my own mad weldin' skillz, but I have no warm shelter to do it in (nor do any of my buds). So I'm lookin' for a shop that'll do it for a decent price. I have a general idea, but I'm no worried about it being exactly like I've thought up (i'm just a noob semi-fab dude anyways. But as I don't think it'd be a huge project, I don't want to go in to some huge shop to have them do it 'cause I don't wanna get shoved to the bottom of some huge shop's busy list...

So where does everyone recommend?

Here's a couple of pics. Something that protects the underside of the actuator and then kinda wraps up the backside so it will protect the actuator from hits from bottom or straight on...this suckers a $400 part brand new... Oh ya, and I'd prefer it to be bolt on so that if I ever needed to get to take it off I could.
