Two weeks ago I cut the eyes off some leafs to add to my SOA packs I used a 3" cut off wheel on an air cut off tool and just took several breaks so that I did not heat them up too much. It cut easy and I don't think they ever got hot enough to ruin them.

I cut the main leafs on my factory springs with a cut-off wheel and an angle grinder. Just took a DANG long time.

I cut them all the time with the shear, I even used the plasma cutter a few times. We just cut some for a buddies a while back using a chop saw, worked fine.

:D

Did Shawn get new springs? :D
