Are YJ inner C's the same as a XJ and TJ? Are the unit bearings interchangeable? If yes then you could run some WJ knuckles with some minor mods that will give you a true cross-over system. If you find the right yard they'll sell you all the steering stuff + brakes for <$100.
I've never worked on a YJ spring over so I'm not sure if the dl mount would be high enough to clear the springs. Here's a pic. Notice the seperate drag link and tie rod mounts on the knuckle. Even better is you can run the super fatty WJ dual piston brakes
