Dana 60 hub disassembly?

I got a new rear 60 to build for the buggie. It is set up differently from any other FF 60 I've ever dug into, and I'm not quite sure how to take it apart. Here's some pics of the hub in question:

All the FF 60s I've dealt with have a big nut, a washer with tabs that you fold over, and another big nut. This one has some kinda tab inserted in a groove that keeps the nut from backing off. I need to know haw to get that tab out. Do I have to fold the tabs down into the channel? Hopefully someone's taken one of these apart before.

This 60 is from a 3/4 ton Dodge. Any reason not to use it that I'm not thinking of? It's pretty narrow, for a full width, only 65 inches. I will be narrowing one side a bit, though.

I saw a thing like that but It wasnt on a 60, and I think It basically just comes straight out. I think we stuck something in the groove on top of the clip to release it. But I dont know , like I said It wasnt on a 60

Something to try. So, you slid something on top of the clip (like a small screwdriver, or something?), and pushed something down behind the nut to get it out? Even if it wasn't a 60 that you saw it on, the design could be the same. I'll try it.

Anyone else?

Tried shoving something back behind it in the groove. I wasn't able to feel anything to release... Can anyone else confirm that this is the way it is supposed to come out?

Hard to tell from your pics but it looks like something similar to the late 80s early 90s Ford front hubs. The triick was just to press in on the socket while turning. You release the locking teeth at the same time you turn the nut.

I figured it out. You just pull. Kinda wierd system. Only one nut. One the axle, I mean. Shut up Bryson...
