Hello I have a Front dana 60 with king pins from a 91' superduty that I want to tear down and then rebuild before I put it into my jeep. My question is were do I go for info on this or maybe even just getting torque specs for all of the different pcs? Also what is involved in changing over the 30 spline outer shafts to 35 spline? Thank you

To switch outers, just attach the new stub shaft and install a 35 spline hub or drive flange.

Brakes

What is available to do a full brake system replacement for a front 60, mainly I am looking for new caliper mounting brackets and stronger calipers. Thankyou

Stronger calipers??? why? I've never had trouble stopping about 12k with the stock stuff.

There isn't much, btw. HydroBoost takes a bunch of effort out of it though.

I guess stronger was the wrong word. What I am really wanting to do is change over the from the stock caliper mounting bracket and get something that uses bolts and not pins to hold the calipers. I was doing some searching and it looks like Dynatrac has just the stuff that I want.
