So I go to replace the pinion seal on the dana 70 and the sockets I have are to thick.
I's there a place that sells a 1 5/16 thin wall socket?? I think that is the size.. hard to tell when it wont quite fit all the way one.

Unless someone has one I can borrow ;) -_-

Thanks,

I dont know if there are thin ones or not. I am hoping that socket you have is a craftsman not a snapon because I think you will probably be grinding.

Now that I think about it,, I'll bet Six States has one. They have many different sizes in the hub nut area.

You might ask Andy which size it is before you buy. You wouldn't want to go back for the right socket 2 or 3 times. ;)
