decent cheap dial up ISP??

I need a decent, cheap dial-up isp to set up for my mom....Something that I can download and install for her. She has no ISP right now....
Not a fan of AOL/MSN etc....
What would you suggest?

When I was stuck on dial up Qwest was the only way to go, but now they have partnered with MSN.....

where abouts does she live? you could get basic dsl for the same price of dial up service anymore... unless she lives in the west desert and there isn;t anything but phone service.... but then you run into the trouble of no local numbers on dial up so your stuck running the 800 numbers which cost your an additional .10 cents a min...

My 1.5mbps dsl from qwest is only $26 a month for life....
