Does anyone have an OBD2 tool?

So I fired up the cherokee for the first time last night after working through some issues. Starts great but the computer is shutting the injectors off after about a second. I'm sure I'm throwing a code but can't find out why and I need an OBD tool to find out.
Does anyone know anyone that rents them or has one I can use to figure this out?

Other than that things are great, just gotta get headers and finish up some of the little work and I'm done with the swap.
