Did you lose the nut that holds it on?

No, the hub separated from the wheel shell.
I was running Lowe's wheels with grease-able hubs they are stronger & faster than the HF wheels but with both of them: the spindle is pressed into the wheel shell.

Now I have go cart wheels, but I still need to machine spindles for them.

I also have a new set of wheels that I welded the hub to the wheel shell on both sides to fix the issue until I get my spindles done.
