I've seen questions about these pop up every once in a while... Besides, Spicer already makes a driveline fuse. It's call a 1310. :D

someone posted about this afew months ago. run a search on it and see what you can find. i think they were kinda interesting. i'd like to see one when it blew.

i downloaded a video of them awhile ago when this first came up. wierd idea, but it worked. i think i'd just try to build a driveshaft that won't break in the first place.

I don't know how practical it is for a Jeep or whatever. They are expensive, and if you noticed they are built to go in 3" tube at the smallest. I advise that you build it to not break.:D But then again what do I know! Don't get me wrong I think they are a great idea but, look at cost versus what it will take to build it strong.
