This is a custom CRD60 built by TeraFlex. I had it built to use factory length Chevy Dana 60 inner shafts so replacements are easy to get should breakage occur. The Chevy shafts put the pinion in the same spot as the factory d30. This would also work in an XJ I think.
The axle, when complete is 69.5\" wide wms to wms. The CRD center section has as much or more clearance than a Dana 44. The tubes are 3\" OD x .5\" wall DOM. The brackets are set up to bolt into a TJ. The Reid racing king pin inner Cs are the best on the market.
Included with the asking price is the complete axle housing and inner shafts. You will need a carrier, ring and pinion and install kit. You will also need outer knuckles, spindles, hubs, brakes etc.
$3000 for housing only.
I will sell the axle complete as it sits right now for $6500. It currently has 4.56 gears, a Yukon zip locker (air locker) and 35 spline outers with Yukon hardcore locking hubs with Reid racing outer knuckles, custom high steer arms and bronze Reid racing king pin bushings with king pin spring eliminators. This axle would cost about $10000 to have it built.
I have pics from when I assembled the axle as well, but I can't find them at the moment
