I have comcast and they definitely have a web portal (don't know if you use it that way, though).
If you are using an email app on your pc you may want to migrate from POP3 to IMAP.

A while back I stopped getting emails and found out someone had hacked my email and was forwarding all of then to some other email.
I managed to get mine back from the "sent" folder, changed my password, and added two step authentication to my account.
(two step is when they send a code to your phone that you have to enter when logging in with your password)
