I found this to be pretty cool. The condition of the ship is amazing. What a fun find, and what an OG overlander (sea) Ernest was.

More than a century after it sank off the coast of Antarctica, polar explorer Ernest Shackleton's ship HMS Endurance has been located, apparently intact and in good condition.

The image in that video showing the ship’s wheel so clearly gave my goosebumps. So cool! 😎

I'm in a Shackleton FB group and it has absolutely blown up in the last 24 hours. Like 100x more posts in the last 24 hrs than the last year. Such a cool find

I went to an exhibit where they had original photos from the expediction as well as one of the lifeboats. One of the greatest adventure and leadership stories of all time.
