There is no longer a "mobile version", it's the full site, just mobile responsive, or more accurately screen size responsive.

I have an "Alerts" thing for threads I've replied to. A cute little bell at the top. I don't see a "new posts" function yet

I see this at the top of a thread with new posts.... click and it drops you to the new one.
Looks like Shane got it with the needed plugin, now it loads straight to the new post in each thread.

It's an add-on, not currently installed. I'd like to get it up and running soon, but for now we're working on the issues & changes at hand.

We're not running Tapatalk at the moment, Herzog mentioned adding it in the future if needed. For now, the current and only option is what you see... it's a much cleaner & faster system then vBulletin and as is, should be better than Tapatalk IMO.

I think the "Alerts" so far is probably the coolest/best feature, helps things not go unnoticed.
With this new forum software, can we upload pics and videos easily from our phones? The main reason I don't post more in general is that I don't generally have time to transfer photos to the computer and then to the forum. I tried talpatalk at one time and it overloaded my phone with notifications and I couldn't get it to shutup so I ditched it. I've wanted to post pics or videos plenty of times but didn't because I was on my phone....

Yes, it's very simple to upload photos with the new sofware! You can upload multiple photos at one time, too.
Under the Text box, you see a 'Attach Files' button. Click that and attach your pics!
We won't be hosting videos because they simply take up too much data. You'll need to host them elsewhere, Youtube, etc. I *think* we will be able to embed videos from Facebook as well, but still working on the embedding part.
