family in need of a 3 bedroom rental

a family i know from my church just moved up from texas and is having a hard time finding a house to rent.
he is employed and a veteran and they need a 3 or more bedroom house from south salt lake to provo. They do have a pitbull as a puppy and that has excluded them from several places.

i don't know them very well but am trying to help out, please PM me if you have or know of something.

hate to be callus, but the pet thing is a big one.

You either pay through the nose to have a pet or live in a already trashed place.

i agree but you can't force people to make decisions.

Yep. The pitbull is killing them. Whether or not the stigma is true, it exists. I wouldn't take that liability as a land lord.
I'll keep my eye out though.

Good luck, and good for you for helping someone in need. I turned down a few applicants for my 3 bedroom apartment because they had a dog. Felt bad, but that's a decision we made long ago.

no idea but they have been looking religiously and know what the current market is showing. she has like 5 or more apps on her phone

My mom ended up renting an apartment near the the point because no one would take dogs.
