Fireworks

I find it odd that in my street there were no fireworks of any kind displayed on the 4th of July weekend.


Now on the 24th, it sounds like an Iraq war zone.

Things being what they are, be glad that at least there should be less drunken shenanigans than you might have somewhere else. Silver linings!!

I just got back from discussing my dislike of fire after a 'new' neighbor lofted some bursting fountain thing pretty much into my living room window.

Yeah, I hid the camaro in the garage. Ill be very irritated if my crawler goes up in flames.

They have burning them for the last 4 days in my neighborhood frustrating when you have to go to sleep at 830pm so you can be at work at 3am

its been over a decade since i set off fireworks, but succumbed to pressure and bought some.


On a sidenote, .250 wall DOM makes for a great launching platform

The smell gets to me more than the noise but I still set them off every 4th, 24th, and Jan. 1st.
