Ok on the good chance of sounding dumb I could use some advice.
Its a 1996 4Runner

I put some Fj80 front coils on the rear of my runner, Now it looks like the whole axle shifted about .5 in to on side. Should that have happened?
What do I do to fix it?

With the coils I now have about 1 1/4 drop to the front. Will the coils settle at all? Overall it lifted the rear 3.25 in roughly.

I already extended the brake line, is there anything else I should worry about?

Thanks for all the help you all have given already. Hopefully I be able to get it out at meet a few more of you this summer.

If the rear coils were used, then no they wont settle. New will.

The axle shift is from the panhard bar being at an angle. A panhard drop bracket will fix this.

I did the same thing to my 1991 4runner, lifted about 4inches, and yes my axle shifted about 1.5inches the the left because like chevycrew said the panhard bar is the same length but it now has to cover a longer distance, ex A squared *B squared = C squared. I wouldn't use a drop panhard though, the freaking thing already hangs really far down, just lengthen your link or make a new one the extended length, thats what i'm doing this weekend to mine, but i have wheeled it with out correcting it for awile and it does fine
