Flex-a-lite radiator and fans system

Hey guys, need some input. I was looking at Flex-a-lites radiator and fan sys for my 01 TJ. It looks pretty sound and most likely what I wan but I notice a caution message that said " Not recommended for jeeps with air conditioning or a winch ". Well I have both. Is this really a problem or are they just covering their butts? Also if this is a problem does anyone have any other suggestions?

I would take "Not recommended for jeeps with air conditioning or a winch" to mean that if you have a condenser or winch in the way of the air flow to the radiator that it might overheat. I would get a nice cross flow aluminum radiator that didn't have such warnings.

Forgive my lack of knowledge. What is a cross flow radiator and where do you recommend getting one? Also why would it make a difference?

Cross flow has the tanks on the sides instead of the top and bottom. Where you are looking for a better radiator I'm assuming you are having overheating issues with the stock system. Here is an example.
