Floor Jacks

What all are you guys using for floor jacks? I'm trying to help my dad track one down for my brother for Christmas (ya 2 months away). He has a lifted Tacoma so it has to be high enough to lift it but low enough to lift my parents 2wd 4runner or my sisters minivan.

I use the harbor freight 3 ton floor jack. The steel version not the aluminum. Love it, zero complaints. Like $70.

I have the same harbor freight jack, works good. Only problem I have is that I went from a Jack that was a fast pump one (craftsman that lasted 4 years) to one that isn't, so its a little slower to use but I don't mind it much.
